Groudon will have the highest attack of any ground type, so if it has a charge and a fast ground attack with good DPS it will destroy Jolteon. It's just a matter of introducing Ground moves with good dps. That's the main thing holding a solo win back. Mewtwo should be able to solo it though with neutral damage.
